Refund Policy for Gorillas Studios (OPC) Private Limited

We at Gorillas Studios (OPC) Private Limited strive to provide the best possible experience to our clients. In the event that you would like to cancel your bookings, we offer a refund policy as follows:

Refund eligibility:

To be eligible for a refund/cancellation, you must give a cancellation request atleast 48 hours prior to your booking date. Please note that in case the cancellation happens within 48 hour period, or there is a no-show, we will not be refunding the advance amount for the booking.

Refund process:

To request a refund, please send an email to info@gorillas.co.in with your name/company name and the booking date. We will review your request for refund eligibility and respond accordingly.

Refund payment:

Refunds will be processed within 7(seven) business days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method, or to your bank account as the case may be.

Non-refundable services:

Some services like custom sets and repainting on the sets are not be eligible for a refund.
